A few days ago, I had a friend ask me about the backyard setup we have in the backyard and where we got the box. Homemade! And making the box was easy . . . getting the top sheet a little tougher, but very worth it.
Originally, there was an article in Transworld and unfortunately I haven't been able to find it but just doing a quick search on youtube and ehow there are tons of references to "How to build a snowboard box".
Here is another good one incase you need more speed for the entry: http://snowboarding.transworld.net/how-to/how-to-build-a-drop-in-ramp/
That being said, you don't have to build a crazy box to have fun. One of my favorite things is that little black garbage lid that I spin on. Sometimes you gotta be creative and think outside the box. Wuaaa wuaaa

If there is a Will, there is a Way
Since I haven't ridden Friday (well one run doesn't count), Saturday (so windy it would push me off the boxes) or Sunday (rocked the Party Cardi the night before). I am really feeling anxious to snowboard. COP has been closed yesterday and tonight, so decided it is time to test the back yard jib that we built on Sunday.
If there is a will, there is a way! Or at least an excuse to put on my snowboard gear.
